FAQ
Are your products handmade? All of our products are designed by Theo. With the exception of bulk produced merch such as enamel pins, they are also all produced in our office with the help of a hammer to intimidate our printer into working properly.

What printer/sticker cutter/tools/etc do you use? We LOVE this question and enjoy sharing our process with you all so always feel free to shoot us an email or DM if you're curious about the it. For printers we use a Canon Eco Tank printer, the sticker paper we use the most comes from Online Labels. Currently we are using a Cricut Explore Air 2 to cut our stickers and an IPad Pro with Procreate and Clip Studio Paint to design them. Our favourite iPad accessory is the Sketchboard Pro which makes our posture while drawing much less horrible. Some other items that we deeply value in our artistic toolbelt include a Sony camera, a decent phone camera, a Brother label printer, small studio lights, and lots of dollar store boxes for organizing!

Do you accept commissions? Yes! We do accept commissions, feel from to send us an email at contact@theodandy.art or using the "subscribe & contact" page located above for inquires.

What do you send to email subscribers? Our subscribers get the occassional email detailing our latest shop drops, offerings, and news!

Do you accept wholesale purchases? Depending on the person and project, please contact us for inquiries.
Shipping
What is your turn around time for orders? Our turn around time between you placing your order and us shipping it out is officially 2 weeks, although in actuality the turn around time is often under a week. In the case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances preventing us from promptly shipping out your package we appreciate your patience and do our best to add a couple extra goodies to thank you for that. You will receive a confirmation email when your package is shipped

What if my package is lost in the mail? Tracked packages that are lost will be reshipped or refunded, untracked lost packages are not guaranteed to be. Items shipped by letter mail, such as stickers, are untracked by default, anything larger that must go in a bubble mailer or box, such as stationery, enamel pins, etc is shipped with tracking by default. If you would like to upgrade your untracked letter mail package to a tracked package please contact me within 24 hours of your purchase and we can work out pricing.

What about import duties and taxes? You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other charges as we do not factor these into our costs.

How do you package your products? We do our best to make as much of our packaging as eco friendly as is reasonable, currently we are in the process of trying to incorporate more biodegradable and recyclable materials when packing orders although your order arriving safely is always our top priority.

Returns and Refunds
Do you offer refunds? If your order hasn't been shipped yet then we do offer refunds otherwise no, please contact us though if there is an issue with your order and we will try to work out a solution with you.

Can I return an item? If an item arrives to you damaged then you can return your item at your expense (you pay for the return shipping) and receive a refund once we have gotten the item back. Keep in mind that many of our products are handmade and will have character because of that!
